Emo: The Important Things for Emo Boys & Girls

You may have seen emos walking around and wondered what exactly is important to them. What do they like to do? What DO they do?

First of all, emos are pretty big into their own fashion. You can see this by how they dress. They don’t conform to normal fashion, but they do to their own.

A lot of emos are fond of piercings or stretching piercings. Some are not. Those who are normally either sport really large stretched piercings or smaller ones. It’s dependent on the person.

Emos love music. There is no point to being emo if you don’t—music is where it started and where it continues. Anyone who is emo will tell you—music is their life and part of the reason that they are the way they are. Music allows you to define yourself in a way that normal words cannot.

One thing you may not know is that most emo guys are really, really sweet boyfriends who wouldn’t trade their girlfriend for the world. Give them her, a warm summer’s night outside underneath the stars, and a blanket, and they’re content. After all, what’s more romantic than looking at the stars? Maybe it’s because they attempt to get more in tune with their emotions or they just like treating their women the right way. However, there are a few exceptions.

Lastly, hair is also big. Any emo will tell you—they probably love their hair or are planning on doing something with their hair.
